Bending fiberglass
Hi guys!
I have some issues with the front fenders. They seem to be a bit crooked and over sized so that they wont fit well and the the door won't open or close.
I was wondering if anyone has experience of using hot air blower to bend fiberglass? I have heard that it no use, but I wanted to ask from experts

Re: Bending fiberglass
Can you get some photos up so we can see exactly what the problem is?
Its not so good for fibreglass to be in a "stressed" position so either cut it and rejoin if its correct size but slightly misshapen then use an electric sander (small one) and sand away the inside to make it thinner and more plyable then set it in the right shape and then apply layers of fibreglass on the inside so it will set in the correct shape.
